210th Experience Massage Oil Review

We absolutely love giving and receiving massages to a point we even have our own professional massage table so as you can expect we love trying out new massage oils. We had the chance to test and review the brand new 210th Experience Massage Oil kindly donated to us from Boutique d’Amour recently and here is what we thought…

Packaging

The 210th Experience Massage Oil comes in a really nice black presentation box with a removable lid which fits over the top. This is a box we would definitely keep as it not only keeps the bottle safe but it’s very well designed.

When you remove the lid it reveals the bottle of massage oil sitting snugly in the box insert, a clear plastic card with some information about the oil, and three black envelopes tied together in a black ribbon. Each of the three envelopes has a card inside with a sexy task which was a pleasant surprise.

The bottle itself is black with 210th Experience writing etched into the bottle which looks really nice. The bottle can be a little tricky to remove from the insert as it fits so snugly inside but there is a ribbon that sits under the bottle which can be missed which helps pull the bottle out.

Once you take off the cap there is a rubber stopper inside that stops any oil escaping whilst in transit which needs to be removed before use. We found this very difficult to remove and had to use a pair of small nail scissors to dig underneath the rubber, then open the scissors to get under both sides and wriggle it free.

Experience

Steve has been the usual subject when using this oil as he has been suffering from upper back pain recently. I usually put about a palm and a half full of oil onto his back which is more than enough to cover his entire back. I haven’t needed to reapply oil once I’ve started as the oil keeps the back nice and slippery for a very long time. This also means that the 120ml bottle we have should last us a while.

Giving a massage with this oil was very pleasurable as my hands glide over Steve’s back so easily and he really enjoys it too as the consistency seems to be very well balanced. The oil contains ylang ylang and smells very nice but not overpowering like many other scented oils but it does linger very subtly for a while after the massage.

The oil keeps Steve’s back and my hands oily until washed off as it is extremely long lasting. Washing off is very simple however with a little soapy water.

Overall Opinion

This is by far the best massage oil we have ever used so far (and we have used many) The 210th Experience has a lovely smell, lasts a long time and feels great both for the giver and receiver of the massage. Steve especially likes the subtle smell of this oil as he really dislikes oil with strong smells as it puts him off.
