As we love massages we were looking forward to trying out this product for the first time, and we soon realised just how versatile and fabulous this vibratoris!

Design / Shape / Size
The Hitachi Magic Wand is quite a large massager compared with others on the market and is quite heavy. It looks like a microphone with a large ball at the end to put onto the skin. This vibrator is mains operated toy, we were quite surprised by the short length of the cable but adding an extension cable combats this issue.
If you order this in the UK then you will need to also purchase a converter plug as it is an American product, although some companies may provide this with the Hitachi. There were rumors of this product being a fire hazard when in use. We are unsure how true this actually is as out of all the excellent reviews we have read we have never come across this.
Functions / Controls
The Hitachi Magic Wand has two speeds which are easily changed via a switch on the side, and as the switch is quite prominent, you are not likely to accidentally switch settings or turn it off. Even the lowest setting is extremely powerful, the highest can be a little too powerful at times so maybe put a towel on the area you want to use the massager on to lessen the vibrations.
Care and Cleaning
As this product is mains operated, it is not waterproof and therefore should be wiped down carefully after use. We have used a few different massage oils and bars on this and it is still in great condition.
Experience
We unwrapped the massage bar we had and set to work with a sensual hand massage. . Switching it onto the lowest setting was a bit of a shock, its very noisy! But with noise comes power and boy is this thing powerful! Its great for relieving those knots after a stressful day and makes you feel so relaxed.
After a while of using this product for innocent massaging, we went a little southward with it and tested it out as a sex toy. WOW! As it is so powerful, we just used it on her over trousers and within minutes she was coming very hard. We have many many toys in our vast collection, but this product is one of a select few which we still use regularly. Sometimes we use this toy to add vibrations to other toys such as the Njoy Pure Wand which works very well.
Many attachments have been created for the magic wand, including a G-spot attachment. The Hitachi Magic Wand started a craze with massager type vibrators and due to that many similar products have been created.
