As with Steve I found gradually working up the settings and taking it slow made my orgasms much more powerful. Settings 3 and 4 are my golden settings at the moment and haven’t failed yet. Settings 5 and 6 are far to powerful for me and I’m a vibration whore which just goes to show the Rock Box’s 5,000 RPM motor really performs (though noisy).
